Chris Freeman - State Farm Agent is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support the agent and keep daily office operations organized. This role combines administrative support, scheduling, recordkeeping, and team coordination.

The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable working with spreadsheets and office technology, and able to manage recurring deadlines while handling sensitive information with discretion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage agency email, route inquiries to the appropriate team members, and organize communications for timely follow-up.
- Coordinate office and agent calendars, schedule appointments, and provide reminders.
- Create and assign customer follow-up tasks, maintain accurate records, and track appointment updates.
- Prepare payroll support information by reviewing commission records, verifying sales details, and tracking chargebacks.
- Maintain employee records, including PTO, attendance, and new team member onboarding checklists.
- Prepare recurring activity, lead performance, and compliance reports; flag discrepancies for the agent’s review.
- Track lead purchases, sales results, and marketing expenses across lead sources and states.
- Support the agency’s online presence by updating business information and tracking customer reviews.
- Organize team meeting notes, distribute updates and reports, and coordinate acknowledgment forms.
- Assist with office supplies, team celebrations, event planning, travel arrangements, and other administrative needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous administrative, receptionist, office support, or executive assistant experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and general office technology.
- Comfortable reviewing records, maintaining spreadsheets, and learning new software.
- Ability to handle confidential employee, customer, and business information with discretion.
- Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently while supporting a team.
Compensation $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
